• Ryosuke Yamamoto

  Representative Director & CEO, Co-Founder

  Co-founded Linc'well in 2018. Appointed Director from 2018. Appointed Representative Director and CEO in 2024.
  Prior to co-founding Linc'well, Ryosuke was engaged in management consulting for the healthcare sector for 7 years.
  He graduated from Keio University Graduate School with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Daiki Higuma

  Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

  Joined Linc'well in 2019. Appointed Director from 2020.
  Daiki started his career in management consulting in 2012 where he was mainly engaged in management consulting for the healthcare sector and corporate reform projects. He was seconded to Johnson & Johnson K.K. prior to joining Linc'well in 2019.
  He graduated from the Graduate School of Economics, The University of Tokyo.

• Hiro Miyake

  Executive Officer & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

  Joined Linc'well in 2022. Appointed Executive Officer in 2022.
  Hiro started his career in management consulting in 2009 where he worked in the Tokyo, Chicago and London offices. He has 7 years of experience in public markets investing in New York and Hong Kong. He was recently with Alta Zero Capital as its Partner and Senior Analyst covering the Japan market.
  He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Economics and Mathematics from Macalester College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

• Nina Shingai

  Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  Joined Linc'well in 2022. Appointed Executive Officer in 2022.
  Nina has over ten years of experience in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in the Tokyo office and was most recently with Gojo & Company, Inc., a company focused on extending financial inclusion in emerging economies including India as its Head of Strategy & Analytics.
  She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Strategic Management and Finance.

• Kenichiro Saito

  External Director

  Appointed Executive Director of Linc'well in 2022.
  Kenichiro has various experience in the legal and compliance including serving as a public prosecutor in the Special Investigation Department of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, Vice President of the Compliance Division of Citibank, and Special Advisor to the Cabinet (in charge of the Office for the Promotion of Overcoming Population Decline and Vitalizing Local Economy in Japan and National Strategic Special Zones).
  He graduated from the Department of Biophysics and Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, The University of Tokyo.

• Shuzo Narita

  External Director

  Appointed Executive Director of Linc'well in 2023.
  Shuzo joined astamuse Co., Ltd. while still in college and was involved in many business development projects including development of an open innovation support database “astamuse” and business alliance with a major recruiting firm amongst others. Later, he founded and became President and Representative Director to Atokore Inc., a company providing compilation sites of artwork commentary. He joined CrowdWorks, Inc in 2012, where he was appointed Board of Directors in August 2014 and Executive Vice President from April 2015 to October 2020, retiring from the company's Board of Directors in December 2022.
  He graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics.

• Hisashi Fujii

  External Director

  Appointed Executive Director of Linc'well in 2023.
  Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. Hisashi started his career at Shin Nihon LLC (currently EY Shin Nihon LLC) in 2003. He joined Shiba Daimon Law Office in 2011 and Furushima Law & Accounting Office in 2016 prior to joining Link Partners Law Firm in 2017. At Link Partners Law Firm, he advises clients on corporate and civil law related matters.
  He graduated from The University of Tokyo, College of Arts and Sciences and holds a Master Degree in Law from the Graduate School of Laws of Toin University of Yokohama.

• Toru Takano

  Corporate Auditor (Full-time)

  Appointed Corporate Auditor (Full-time) of Linc'well in 2021.
  Toru has various experiences in managing corporate functions. His past experiences include his roles as Director and General Manager of the Administration Department at two companies, one in the telecommunications industry and another in the manufacturing industry. He was appointed Auditor of a HR services company in 2016.

• Rina Sumino

  External Corporate Auditor

  Appointed External Corporate Auditor of Linc'well in 2021.
  Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in corporate auditing and M&A. She started her career in auditing at a major audit firm from 2003, followed by 6 years of experience in M&A advisory services at a major accounting firm-affiliated advisory firm from 2007. She also engaged in in-house M&A advisory services and development of investment guidelines at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. for 5 years from 2013. She established Sumino Rina CPA firm in 2018.

• Norio Suzuki

  External Corporate Auditor

  Appointed External Corporate Auditor of Linc'well in 2021.
  Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant. Norio joined Ota Showa Audit Corporation (currently EY Shin Nihon LLC) in 1993 where he was engaged in auditing of listed companies, non-listed companies, and medical companies. He joined City-Yuwa Partners in 2006 before becoming a Partner in Atsumi & Sakai in 2018. He became the Representative Director of Act Partners in 2022 where he specializes in business restructuring, bankruptcy, business acquisition, and litigation matters.

• Kazuhide Okuma

  Advisor

  Kazuhide held various positions in the Departments of Surgery and Cardiovascular Surgery at the NHO Kure Medical Center and Chugoku Cancer Center, Department of Surgery at the KKR Otemae Hospital, Department of Respiratory Medicine at Takarazuka City Hospital, and Department of Surgery at Osaka Police Hospital.
  He is engaged in thoracic, general, and gastrointestinal surgery, and emergency medicine. After entering graduate school, he engaged in breast surgery at a general hospital in Takatsuki City.
  In December 2014, he was elected for the first time in the 47th general election for the House of Representatives, and has since served on the Health, Labour and Welfare Committee and as Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Labour and Welfare.
  He graduated from Department of Medicine, School of Medicine, St. Marianna University. He withdrew from the PhD program in the Department of Healthcare Economics and Quality Management, Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine/School of Public due to his election to the House of Representatives.
